Stool exam for ova and parasites

CXR – tuberculosis, sarcoid, malignancy, lymphoma

DDx – CTCL, erythema gyratum repens, granuloma faciale, SCLE, annular ­urticaria, erythema migrans, erythema marginatum rheumaticum, tinea corporis, linear IgA bullous dermatosis (if vesicles/bullae are present at peripheral margin)

Histology – occasional focal spongiosis or parakeratosis. Sharply demarcated “coat-sleeve” lymphocytes densely arranged around dilated superficial and deep blood vessels.
